I find that most OST versions of songs tend to be a bit more high energy (I suppose it's so people don't fall asleep playing the game) but there are always a couple of great exceptions to that. There's a music-box rendition of Theme of RENA from Star Ocean 2 that's pretty good, as well as a few songs from the Kingdom Hearts 2 soundtrack. Can't go wrong with the FF piano collections, though.
