Depends where I'm waiting, if it's in a hospital waiting room I try and bring a book to keep my mind off the reason I'm there. It's much easier to keep a level head when I talk to the doc that way
 If I'm waiting in class/bus/trains I tend to listen to loud music on my mp3 player Jam it back in, in the dark. |
