Parents who think everyone around them enjoys their little brats as much as they do. Seriously.
I can't think of anything more angering than trying to watch a movie or eat in a restaurant and have some kid screaming and the parents refusing to do anything about it. If your kid won't stfu and is disturbing everyone around you, LEAVE! It makes me want to slap the crap out of the parents.
