A massive hulking, drooling monster would be lame. It'd be like some cheesy 80's B-Movie and it would make Lost lose all credibility it has.The smoke monster is the security system. Accept it.

I'm actually liking this seaosn more than season one. More Sawyer, more character developement (which is a key factor in how much I like a show) and more Sawyer. Also, I love the direction that Charlie is going. Yay for bad Charlie!

I think with Eko it's a case of 'Less is more'. At least that's what I think. He's certainly the best of the Tailies.

I think it's a shame that people aren't liking Season 2. I've found much more interesting things have happened this season than in Season 1 (bar the finale). I've found everything to do with the Hatch to be brilliant and the most interesting parts of the show (bar the character developement).

Or, maybe my theory of another plane hitting the islad will come true. I would really love to see that happen. We need some better characters on the show. That would be a nice way to kill 2 birds with one stone. Half of the survivors are wiped out by a plane crash, which in turn gives us some new people to follow.

Just so long as they don't get rid of Sawyer, Sayid, Locke, Jakc, Kate, Hurley, Charlie or Eko, I'll be happy.

I like how Eko has found his Boone in Charlie. I hope that Charlie doesn't end up the same way...

If I'm not mistaken, some head honcho or another is pleading to ABC for a more consistent run of episodes, be it something like 24 where it's 24 straight episodes or episodes from October through December and then March through May.

I like how I wasted time watching the recap episode anyway.

Anything but that. I stoppped watching BSG and Stargate because I couldn't get back into it after that.

I love the set for the Hatch so to see that go kaboom would be shite as far as I'm concerned. Also, Sawyer or Charlie better not snuff it. If the rumours of more character deaths is true and it's both/either of those two I will be most annoyed. If anything, I can see it being either Michael, Rose/Bernard or Claire that kick the can.

Well, Inman said that he was kicked out of the army for people following his orders, indicating war crimes. He then went and joined DHARMA.

I thought it was a very good finale. The statue has me intrigued, as does what the Others want with Sawyer, Kate and Jack. I loved the stuff in the Hatch. The ringing in Charlies ears is most likely due to the dynamite going off than the EMP, but ya never know. I felt sooooo sorry for Locke at the end. And Desmond better be alive. I love Desmond so bloody much.

Oh, and CHARLIE AND CLAIRE!!!!!! YEEEEEHAW!!

I've always liked Charlie. He may be slightly irresponsible but that's why we love him.

I don't even know what he's thinking anymore. With Season 1, he developed, "got over" his drug addiction, and was pairing off with Claire (even though I thought the "peenut buttah" scenes were gag-inducing).

Season 2, he starts back with the drugs, starts seeing weird shit and messing around with Claire's baby, knocks out Sun, hangs around with Eko because he's mentally unstable and for some reason REALLLLLY wants to build a church, and now is taking the "vaccine" and giving it to Claire. Plus, in the last episode he was all like "wha, nothing happened in the hatch, lol. You're silly." He's not a character that the audience can relate to.

He's just another one of the unlikable characters of Lost.

Well, he never actually started on the drugs again. He just kept the Mary statues around.
As for becoming loony, that can be a number of things:
1. The Island has been fucking with his brain
2. The fact that he's actually had the worst time on the Island probably means he's gone a bit gaga.
