Our chemical company does some group events over the year like concerts, the zoo, sports..., but that's all.
In my process engineering department we have some problems going on. 2 years ago there were 6 people in it and now only one person remains. I just started working in this company and me and the remaining person are becoming good friends.
The thing is, that person is leaving the company next week too. So I'm the only person in a really big room, but that's ok as I'm not really a sociable person.
The reason of all this is that the upper management doesn't give enough money for our 24 hour supervision of the plant. Getting called up at 3 AM ten times a month isn't something you want to do for 100 euro a month.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
