Always at night, because that's the moment when saliva doesn't have its effect.
Never in the morning because you'll eat sugar meaning it's a waste to brush your teeth. Unless I have a very important person to speak to, then I'll brush my teeth in the morning. I think I would start doing it when I get a real job. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
