Ads and Spyware etc.

Okay, for some stupid reason my internet explorer is being gay. Although I use firefox, sometimes I have to use IE at school because it works better.

Whenever I start IE, it always goes to www.ieuptodate.com as the homepage. I've tried changing the homepage but it somehow always becomes the shitty website. Not only that, when I try to browse it pops up with an anti-virus removal thing, as well as an adult site tracker removal thing... which I don't need as I don't go searching that kind of thing (rare thing for a GFFer to not do)/

Obviously it is something in my computer that I can't seem to find and get rid of. I've got an antivirus program (Kaspersky) and a firewall (Sygate) but I don't know if any of them have a spyware/adware removal thingy...

Any suggestions?
