First review on newegg:
"Cons: First board I got was DOA. Drove me nuts because I didnt know if it was the board or the processor. I guessed and it was the board. Anything bigger than an nvidia 8600 WILL NOT FIT. I verified this with ECS as they tested it. As many features as this board has is overshadowed by the poor layout of the ide and sata channels. Anything bigger than an 8600 will block and or not seat correctly on the board. Forget about and ATI 3800 cards as well. I was VERY disappointed as I was going to get a 3870 card. This board only would see 2.5 gig with 4 gigs installed."

In description:
CPU Socket Type LGA 775
CPU Type Pentium D / Pentium 4 HT / Celeron D

Meaning your E4700 is not supported. Basically, you're going to need to upgrade your mobo before you upgrade anything else.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
