Well, all the arrangements originate from the Rockman Complete Works series. While only 4-6 received full arranges, 1-3 did have some tracks arranged. Mind you, most are actually just tracks found in Power Battle or Power Fighters. IIRC, it's really only the title from 3 that is not available elsewhere.

That's not what I was referring to. The Complete Works series were PSX enhancments of the original Famicom games, with some new arranged music, as well as new play modes. This is where those arrangements are from. The album that you linked to just has the original Famicom music.
