I don't buy new technology when it first comes out. It's not really a matter of the price, it is usually because all the bugs need to be worked out first. For the most part, the video game systems always have problems in there first batch. The PS2 used to overheat when it first came out and so does the PS3. It usually takes about a year before I'll even think of picking up a new system.
