Well, I don't really regard anything in my past with that level of avoidance enough to warrant feeling apprehensive about bringing it back up. I usually get over and forget about it when I decide to. Don't get me wrong, it usually takes forever for me to get over obsessing about it but when I eventually do get over it, it's gone.
I'm not particularly worried about people reading what I write about my life. I don't talk to people about myself in person so writing out my thoughts and posting them online or something is a good outlet for me. Most of the time I don't receive any feedback but that's not really why I do it.
I like being able to write down things that have happened in my life. It’s the photographer in me to want to document these events. When I re-read them, good or bad, I can’t help but feel anything other than nostalgic.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
