This is how I shower:
I shower once per day, scrubbing my whole body with soap and only scrub my hair with shampoo one time. If I miss a day of showering (in other words, shower once after 2 days), I'll scrub my body with increased body soap, and I'll scrub my hair with 2 rounds of shampoo. I usually average 5-6 showers per week. For those of you who shower 2-3 times daily, you're only wasting more water and abusing the shampoo. If it's because of your 'sweating', then how about showering in the morning and 'rinsing' yourself at night? It should be good enough. Taking 2+ 'showers' daily obviously tells me you're just too paranoid of your BO, regardless of athletic activities. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
