Moved to OS and Software.
I would suggest you log in to your router and clearing a port for Ares. PortForward has step by step guides to do this by router and scads of different software titles. Instructions for setting up the ports on Ares are right here. However, it's recommended that you start here and work your way through your particular router model. Hope this helps!
