I doubt it. The game WAS originally developed as Mike Tyson's Punch-Out but by 1990 the license to use Tyson in the game had expired and Nintendo just didn't renegotiate a new one. They just replaced him with Mr. Dream and re-released the game which is what I assume they're going to do here.

But seriously. It's fucking Punch-Out!! Love it or hate it, the game is fucking awesome.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Yeah, I'm a little skeptical of such fellating reviews myself but if it's half as good as they make it out to be it'll still be worth a purchase.
