"Muppet" is a word I like to use a lot to refer to retards I meet along the way. "Tosser", "chucklefuck", "mountebank" and "shyster" fit the bill in there too. As for non-insulting words, I use "clusterfuck" a lot when I'm talking about a large group of people or a mess in progress. I also use "homeostasis" when explaining to people what needs to happen in a classroom in order to maintain order.
