All that being said, I still consider myself a gamer. I play. I enjoy. I just don't obsess the way I used to.

This pretty much sums me up as well. I was an avid gamer when I was in high school but now that life has taken over as the sport of choice, gaming was sadly relegated to the back burner. I still go to the stores once in a while and find me a sweet deal on games or something of the sort but when I think about, for example, buying a game like Brawl the only thing I can think of is, "Well, shit. I'll play this for one day and I won't have time to play it again for months." and thus I don't buy it and keep on living.
Sad but true.
