It'd be between Deus Ex and Syndicate Wars. If I go by hours played, then Syndicate Wars gets it. It was the first PC game to ever rival my favorite console games. I always found it to be a wonderfully immersive game with the right mix of depth and accessibility. I should also mention that the strategy guide is the perfect accompaniment. Maybe the only strategy guide that actually enhances the game experience with all of the context it provides. It's written as if the game world actually exists and it's totally believable how it explains the details and nuances of the fictional future in Syndicate Wars. Deus Ex of course is just a masterpiece through and through. It'd be just as easy to pick that one for reasons already stated.
Jam it back in, in the dark.
