I tend to like pirate-style music as well. You've already got a sizeable list, but I'll see if I can add a few more that either fit the general style or are specific pirate-related themes:

Xenogears - Tams, The Man Of The Sea
Final Fantasy V - Pirate's Ahoy!
Suikoden V - Town on a River
Vandal Hearts II - Warfare on a Sea
Banjo Kazooie - Treasure Trove Cove & Rusty Bucket Bay
TMNT Tourament Fighters - Pirate Ship
Tactics Ogre - Breath of the Earth
Ogre Battle - Viking Spirits
Kingdom Hearts - Pirate's Gigue

This reminds me of when I made a CD composed entirely of forest themes.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I just remembered another good one that is distinctly piratey and pirate-related:

Soul Edge Super Battle Sound Attack - Bravely Folk Song

I guess Castaway Into Darkness qualifies as well. It's from the PS1 original soundtrack, or Khan Super Session.

Oh, and just about everything from the Monkey Island series.
I was thinking that People with Great Pride sounds kind of piratey, but then the clanking noise seems more like it would come from a mine or something. Pirate and dwarf music often seem to be similarly boisterous. Umaro from FFVI could also be considered piratey, I think. It seems like some "mountain climbing" themes from RPGs could qualify too. Stuff like Mt. Ordeals from FFIV and Twin Mountains from Brave Fencer Mushashi seem somewhat piratey and/or nautical to me.

I've always been a big fan of the FFIX version of Gulug Volcano, and maybe that it sounds sailorish has something to do with it.

That's true. DKC2 has a pirate theme throughout. Jib Jig certainly qualifies.

Yeah...

There's nowhere I can't reach.
