Um.. it came with my psp. But I have doubts about its origins....Its weird though. The shop where I bought it says... 4 months warranty but the box of the MS says 5 years. btw, the MS is a Pro Duo 4gb High Speed. The box says "For use with PSP A utiliser avec" It has a shiny sticker on top (but I know that can also be duplicated). The memory stick duo adaptor says "Made in Japan".. as for the MS itself.. there is a sticker on it that has the date of purchase so.. If there might be a chance to change it....taking it off my void warranty.
About full format.. is that the same as the format selection in the PSP itself?? Or is there another way to format?

1-select folder in video or music then press triangle,choose information,must see like this:"MagicGate Supported" wil have original MS,if you see "MagicGate Unknown" will be MS duplicated.
2-full format not same selection in the PSP (this quick format).to do full format press right click in driver for MS then choose format,make sure uncheck quick format,also choose FAT (not FAT32 or NTFS)
if still got corrupt saves,use this two options:
1-try to change USB cable and UBS ports.
2-download Active Kill Disk Pro to law format for MS.(that if your MS is duplicated or have bad sector)
