Limit for speed and bandwidth on networking zone
I have small networking zone "7 user" with a very old router and switch,I'm using ADSL service with limit bandwidth.I there program to make limit for speed and bandwidth for each IP ?
P.S:I know is there router and switch to do that but I can't buy them to do that. Example: max speed - limit bandwidth User 1 20 10GB User 2 14 20GB User 3 10 40GB User 4 50 1GB User 5 100 6GB User 6 80 9GB User 7 12 40GB Jam it back in, in the dark.  |

is not unavailable,I told that on my post,I have old router not there configuration to do that.I'm sure is there program to do that,that what i'm want.
