Error show when using any app need .Net Framework

I try to uninstall,also clean tool for .Net Framework for all versions (1.1,2,3 & 3.5) and install it again but no luck.

now I know what problem is .WMI permissions is not working.How to fix it?

Are you running as admin? I think WMI requires admin access to use.

here: Microsoft Corporation

I'm admin.and I can't do this 3. Click the Security tab,because WMI damaged

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

anyway thanks for try for help me.all issues U try but not work but I found way to fix it after 5 hours for searching.

Repairing and re-registering the WMI

I try all commands after restart my pc everything work.

Thanks guys for trying for help me.
