A type of Firefox extension for re-sizing web sites?
I use 800x600 resolution.
Most of the Internet has moved over to 1024x768 or higher, which I detest, because it'll cause me to develop some kind of strained eye disorder if I use it for more than 10 minutes. Is there any extension that shrinks websites down so I don't have to scroll left and right or in the case of somethingawful.com's new layout, have text and images cut off? Jam it back in, in the dark. |
Blah blah blah worthless post by you.
It hurts my eyes. 17" monitor, CRT Dell. 1024x768 and up at 60-85 hz still makes my eyes hurt. 800x600 at 60hz is the only stable, easy-to-see resolution for me (plus my parents use this computer and they're even worse off). Now, can anyone post a helpful response? There's nowhere I can't reach. |
Hmm, I'm trying different ways to get adjusted to having a 1024x768 resolution.
I think I've struck a good mid-point by using "Large Fonts" in Display Properties, coupled with ClearType font smoothing and Large Icons by WindowBlinds, plus making the font size bigger in Firefox. How ya doing, buddy? |
