Let's Do the (Plot) Twist!

With plot twists a dime a dozen now a days, what would you say are some of your favorites? Needless to say, spoilers ahoy!

I would personally say Memento. It's a very subtle twist, not a huge one in terms of revelation and perhaps even in surprise, but the confirmation of someone's identity was a very affecting twist.

I foresee Fight Club and The Sixth Sense as appearing a lot.

At least spoiler tag and mention the plot twist you're talking about.

I mean, Memento had a lot of plot twists about different characters' identities.

Spoiler:

I'm assuming you mean that the main character was essentially Sammy Jenkis (in terms of the character having a wife who was diabetic and that he then spent time in a mental hospital).

But another identity twist could be that Lenny had killed many John Gs after the original guy was taken care of.

I also found that The Machinist had an incredible twist.

The Machinist:

Just how everything in the movie leads up to the self-realization that the main character was a hit&run driver and the guilt he feels throughout the whole film was the cause of his losing weight and sleep.
