Shit man, I'm your height and that's my current goal weight. I hope I don't show any fat on my stomach by then.
Currently, I'm 5'7" and 156 pounds.
I started the summer (specifically May 22nd) at 193, and have lost 37 pounds so far.
Basically, I do 30 minutes of aerobics (running on an elliptical machine that I have) every day, plus some minor weight lifting and an ab-machine.
My diet has drastically changed from before the summer. I no longer eat fast food (and if I do, I order the smallest calorie items such as chicken soft tacos "fresco style" from Taco Bell). I subsist on a low calorie diet, some may consider extreme (less than 1000 calories a day, usually 2 lean cuisine meals and snack on vegetables + maybe a 100 calorie snack pack). However, the results are really showing, since I'm losing around 3 pounds a week at a constant rate. Also, I'm never hungry, since I drink tons (and I mean TONS) of bottled water and after the first 3/4 days, your body adjusts to the smaller diet.
Other than the aerobics and such, I don't get much other exercise except for constantly crouching/walking/standing at my retail job. The rest of the time is spent watching TV/playing games/computer.
