Just posting to remind everyone about the Toys R Us "Buy 2, Get 1 Free" deal on Wii games from today until Wednesday (11/21). IT WORKS ONLINE, TOO, IF YOU DON'T SEE GAMES YOU WANT IN-STORE (but then you pay shipping).
I picked up quite a haul, since the games come out to $33.33 each plus tax, and I used the $25 gift card I got from buying Super Mario Galaxy there last week. Super Mario Strikers: Charged Resident Evil: Umbrella Chronicles Fire Emblem Battalion Wars 2 Excite Truck Mario & Sonic at the Olympic Games There might be some good games left if you go check. Jam it back in, in the dark. |

Yeah, last night I ordered Metroid Prime 3, Trauma Center: New Blood, and SSBB.
Hopefully, they'll ship separately without charging me more each time. If they ship together, this will royally suck. There's nowhere I can't reach. |

Never. DON'T! You're only allowed to buy games by UFO Entertainment if you're Infernal Monkey or you're also a collector of cash-grabbing utter garbage because it's a quirky hobby and you plan on making goofy reviews of it. Why anyone would even think of buying that fucking game I'll never know. Just because the developers made a pun in the title doesn't excuse the game from being shovelware. It's the exact same game (levels, gameplay systems) as Anubis 2 and Rock and Roll Adventures, just with a different skin. There's no story (I'm not exaggerating, I've heard they don't even tell you the plot in the game, they just plop you right in). It's 3 levels long. It will last anyone about an hour before the credits roll. It actually angers me that Nintendo allowed this developer to publish their games here. The mere fact that these scum-sucking games exist brings down the Wii's overall image. I'd rather have less games come out for the Wii than many ones that deserve ratings of 1-3 out of 10. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
