If you want a quick summary, this is what I remember.
You get a hand of cards with 4 colors and number from 0 to 9.
There's a center pot where one player lays down a card, then the next player tries to put down either a matching color or number. If he can't match, he has to draw a card.
The object is to get all the way down to 1 card, then say "UNO!" If you don't say Uno, then you have to draw a card.
I think that's it.
