Heh, talk about the longest introduction I've ever played before. Took me over 3 hours before it got to the title screen.
It's kinda sad, I wanted to keep playing as Roxas, I didn't want to go back to Sora. I liked Roxas as a character more. I'll really have to play CoM fully, I'm missing on quite a bit of story (then again, that adds some mystery to the story, since the characters themselves don't remember the events of that game). Jam it back in, in the dark. |
I've started on Proud mode, btw.
It is pretty damn hard. You can die real fast with those fat fuck heartless. That is all. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
I'm after the semi-half-way point.
Spoiler:
And I'm loving this game immensely. There is just so much to do. I want to master the synthesize system, fill in all of the Jiminy Journal, and get all the Gummi pieces (with S ranking on the missions). This game blows the first one away. I can't really go back to the first one due to the claustrophobic level design. The sequel really opened up the areas, or at least made them feel more open. Plus, the story is so much better. KH1 felt like a rough draft of the dark/light idea. I mean, it was just Ansem going on about the darkness of the darkest dark in the heartless darkness, and Sora going on about the light of the lightness that will never go out. Very generic terms. At least with KH2 there are more solidified ideas put into place with the Nobodies. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. |
I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
Beat the game.
It was good. Pretty much on par with the first. Unfortunately, there wasn't enough development on many characters (most of Org. XIII), but there were enough emotional moments to enjoy. I liked the whole Roxas angle of the story. Ending spoils:
I was speaking idiomatically. |
BTW, if anyone wants to see the Secret Ending:
http://youtube.com/watch?v=31SBHPYaVes Figured if you're on standard mode and you don't want to complete the Jiminy Journal (it wouldn't be worth it for just 1.5 minutes of video that you can just watch on the net). What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
If we're talking about franchises that have to be done, I'd love to see a game focus on the TV shows that Disney has done (Ducktales, Goof Troop, Talespin, Gargoyles, Rescue Rangers, etc...). FELIPE NO |
If they ever did a Jungle Book world (which they probably wouldn't do because it's too similar to Tarzan...), it'd be impossible to do Tale Spin. They can't do "Quack Pack" because Donald and his nephews are completely different. Goof Troop might not work unless Goofy mentions that he has a kid and Pete became better and got a wife... What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? |
