Aww, dammit. I guess there's no chance in hell that Yakuza: Kenzan! will make it either then, let alone the possibility of it ever getting an EU release.
I would have played the hell out of that game =( Well, it's off my list, so I won't frequently be reminded of how much SEGA suck. ![]() ![]() Jam it back in, in the dark. |
That's pretty awesome if it reaches EU too. I've never played MGS2 because I all I ever find is Sons of Liberty while browsing pre-owned games. Granted, I haven't put a whole much of effort into getting it, could just ebay - but this would make it easy to just pick up a scratch-free disc when I feel like having a go at it.
How ya doing, buddy? |
![]() This is by far the worst job of "slimming" I've ever seen. And they did it so well with the PS2. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? |
Surely by "Only one console ever released has been properly backwards compatible", you mean the handheld console GBA/SP?
I'm pretty content though (and I'm aware that I'm a minority), with my PS3's backwards compatibility. If it wasn't for that I'd never have played GoW 1+2, and I'm about to get started with MGS 2+3 when I get around to it. Sadly, the bilnd hype of the internet also made me play SotC, oh God I want those 6 hours of boredom back. I was speaking idiomatically. |
But I don't know if the PS3 Slim is better than the PS3 SlightlyFatter in other ways than power consumption (unless you actually count size/weight/looks). Comparing it to my old 60GB, the Slim is missing the flash card readers, ethernet cable, backwards compatibility, 2 usb slots, and the possibility of installing another OS. If you don't intent of using any of the above, fair enough, but calling the Slim "better" is still a bit of a stretch. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? |
True that. I actually thought the port was missing, but it isn't.
It came to my ears somewhere on the internets, that the previously photo was not in "favor" of the Slim, because of the angle. I feel like I owe this board an apology and will now post an entirely legit comparison picture. ![]() Spoiler:

Yeah, I read somewhere that it looks a whole lot nicer irl than on pictures, for some reason. I think it was over at Joystiq.
Once again you're first to the insider Sony goods =) Still got that sweet job? What, you don't want my bikini-clad body? |
