Hey now, that was uncalled for ='D

I like the fact that I might be able to have the DS with me in my inner-pocket.
Right beside my wallet, phone, keys, camera, headset, GB Micro, iPod, usb key...
Where do boys seriously put all this crap in the summer, it's a mystery. Every year ;__;

I'm not too fond of all these white gadgets though. I'm afraid it would become grey-ish and look smudgy after a while. I'm gonna wait for the black edition (2008).

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Nah, not serious - I just pulled a year out. It wouldn't surprise me though, but hopefully they'll make one, and a lot sooner.
The Navy one comes close, but I'm not too fond of it. Hmm... unless...

There's nowhere I can't reach.

You misinterpreted it, but I know it's not too obvious. My sig and avatar is actually against all the white fuss.
Too much white dictatorship - what I want is old fashioned black...
My last journal entry will show you. How big a loser I really am.

That was pretty offtopic.

Ontopic:
Black Lite

How ya doing, buddy?

Iwata Edition just broke all console sales records. Ever.

On other news, here comes the extra small slim-edition Rumble Pak for the DS Lite.
It's available in Japan, but I guess we'll be seeing it soon on lik-sang, ebay and whatnot.

Rumble Get!

What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

I like the clicky buttons as well, they feel as ok as anything, but I don't think I'll really notice when I turn to the dark side anyway...

Infernal daaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaammmnnnnn =o

On another note, I guess I'll go with the DS Lite since my hands are relatively small. The battery life is what's pushing me. If it truly is what it claims to be, I'll be set.
Even if you get a normal DS, it's like a drug, you'll inevitable be going for the perfect one. Once you've tried it, you'll not be touching the normal one again (all large-handed people excused, sowwy).

Not convinced?

Then take THIS! And this and this, this, HADOOUUKEN!

EDIT: Also, I finally got myself a wireless router, so no more bitching firewall and the throwing of a dongle. YAY!

What, you don't want my bikini-clad body?

The only thing pulling me back is that I don't want to go through the anguish of ohmygod my screen has a dead pixel right in the middle of Mario's nose or something. I'm figuring in a couple of shipments all the bugs would be worked out but how common are bugs like dead pixels and WIFI not connecting, etc.

All the good games are coming out in Fall anyways.
1% of the people not having a problem write about it on the internet.
100% of the people having a problem complain about it on the internet of angst.

Dead/stuck pixels are actually pretty rare - you just hear of all of them. I asked the store manager at the local EB about it, and he never had a single return (old and new DS alike).

Just check pixels while you are at the store, unless those five minutes of checking are too much of a problem for you to overcome.

Wifi not connecting? Just get a router that isn't total crap.

Ofcause, if you won't be buying games for it until fall anyway, save your money...

Jam it back in, in the dark.

At any rate, it's still no problem to check it while you're at the store.

EDIT: Another good trick is to bring Electroplankton, if you have it - you can then quickly switch between different colored backgrounds, including black and white, to spot stuck pixels.

Oh my God
Does anyone else get a bitter taste of Powerglove and The Wizard?

The Rumble Pack for the Lite is up for grabs on Lik-Sang now, for anyone who's interested.
Should be in my mail in a week or two, right on time with my copy of Metroid Hunters =D

I'm not entirely sure now, but I've found it on several sites under official art - here it's official art > scenes.
Might be some concept ideas from some noname who worked on it, and might be some random internet dude... Better change my Title.

I've used Hori on the old DS till the Lite came out (which I've also got Hori on), but there was little to nothing to see. Until I took it off that is.
I wanted to cleanse it before packing it away, and boy was I shocked. The clearness underneath was undeniable.

I've not been careless with my DS, but if I want to play Ouendan every fucking day, my toy shall and will endure it. It's meant to be played, and that means every sadistic goddamn game I throw at it.
Ruin your shit if you must, I could care less, just don't try to convince me that it isn't worth it.

Using a stylus on any surface causes friction. It's just physics.

I was speaking idiomatically.
