Let's see your Gaming Rig

I Can't believe this hasn't been made yet.
Just remembered all the previous one's been lost in the crashes as I stumbled upon nazpyro's journal (nice TV man).

Well the timing's right, with one next gen already on the market and the next two on our very doorstep. Time to show us where you game.

I'll start.

When I was living at home I also fancied a dustpile of consoles. To my defence, now living in an apartment with my GF, it has to be pretty tidy for me to even keep this stuff around.

On the games part, yes that's mostly what I own (not including my current five PC games). There's a limited number of games I actually care to own. I play most games through once and ditch em. Too many new ones already on the way.

Damn envious of those chairs =o

Didn't think of the desktop as a gaming station, but ofcause it is - I use most of my gaming time here.

You can even see four of the five PC games I have
The fifth being F.E.A.R. till I'm done with it.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

If it can make you feel any better, I've just played GameCube, so it's a bit of a mess right now. ='D
I'm not the only one who likes it nice and simple though. A dude on some forum, Spanca, posted a pretty nice setup I'm quite jealous of. Sweet.

Hey Kilroy, what's up. I know you've got a pikachu-n64. Can't hide it forever you know!

That's so awesome =o
Please hurry and fix those links.

Also, can't wait to see some Wii and PS3 setups. Come on people!

My Wii has been doing a fair bit of traveling, but now I've finally got it setup for good, so it's time for an update.

NES, SNES, N64, NGC, Wii, GB, GBP, GBP Light, GBC, VB, GBA, GBA SP, GBA Micro, NDS and NDS Lite.
I guess the console part of my collection is now complete then.

Spoiler:
The iQue Player is a tainted bastard child. Do not want!

EDIT: Pic updated.

How ya doing, buddy?

I got it for about $50 back in 2003, almost mint condition, including box and everything. I don't know if that was cheap or expensive, I just bought it because they were rarely seen in that condition.

Another thing was almost never seen: The Satellaview. But to my surprise they seem to spawn out of nowhere these days (or maybe the japs just found out that stupid collectors are paying good money for their useless old stuff).

Either way, I might pick one up sometime along with the 64DD. They will look so great together with the Cube on the Gameboy Player :3

::nerd::

EDIT: Might as well post my slightly updated PC setup as I'm posting anyway.

Yeah, the 64DD system prices tend to become pretty steep on ebay, and the Buy It Now prices are just insane.
Sucks to actually own a game that you can't play - can I ask what it is?

I accidentally bought a Satellaview on ebay today. Guess I have no patience.

EDIT: Here's the official Game Boy Light page by the way. Sexy ='D

That mouse is fucking impossible to find right now, and I want one SO BAD!
It will be the best mouse you've ever used =)

Holy shit, I thought I was the only one with that case.
I love the simplistic look of this case. No grilles, stripes or techno crap like that.

What's your secret to hiding all those wires, Malmer.

My previous entertainment unit looked like shit due to the wirey mess I couldn't hide. ;_;
It's simple - the Wii is the only connected console right now... I only connect the others temporarily if I need to play something, and Virtual Console is gradually decreasing that possibility.
Still, you should gather and align cords. Bundle the exceeding length of wire at either end behind the unit. Try to get them to the floor, as they're less noticeable there.

The stray cords are really eye-catchers here.

I just read up on that - damn, I hope this makes its way to the rest of us.
It's the 120gb one with HDMI I see (I'm supposing this edition is also featuring the new better cooled cpu).

This will definitely be the Xbox 360 to get.

Yeah, but the rumor is definitely not dead yet.
A couple of other hints here and here.

Someone should post their setup to get this one on the right track again.

No u.
You should totally get that white Slim PS2.

Speaking of importing, I kinda sniffed up the Satellaview and the 64DD too.
I think I'm done now =P

Nice (and HUEG) TV. With such a big 1080p native TV I would definitely focus on Blu-ray. I don't know how good the player is in the PS3, but LittleBigPlanet<3 coming next year should alone be sufficient reason to get one anyway.

That's a very nice setup! There's definitely something majestic about tower speakers.

The PS2 still around?
