Haha, the fact that he used a sword is probably the most amusing part of all this. I'd be fucking scared.
It kinda reminds me of the time I was walking around campus with my roommate and we heard LOUD porn through a guy's window as we walked by. She definitely sounded as though she was enjoying it, so we weren't too worried... lol. He should totally get off though... as has been stated, had the situation been real, he could have saved a woman... well... sorta... considering the 'rape' was already in progress when he got there.
