As a waitress, I know how that feels. If there's one thing I can't stand, its people being rude/mean to the people serving them food. I mean, come on, I dont know about anyone else, but I just serve the food, I cant make it come any quicker than the cook makes it. And mistakes happen: if you get the wrong change, don't scream in their faces, politely point it out. It can and will be fixed.
Its unfortunate how much of this kind of behavior I've seen... you can just tell when a person doesn't work with other people... most of the mean people probably sit in cubicals all day. Jam it back in, in the dark.  |

I actually heard from a family member recently that the customer service area of a car company somewhere puts mirrors up behind the desk, so that the bitching customer can see just what they look like when they're bitching and maybe, just maybe, realize 'would I want someone to do this to me?'.
And apparently, its worked great. We must distribute mirrors everywhere!!! There's nowhere I can't reach. |
