#1) The day we got an SNES and EarthBound. I was 5, and I loved playing that game. We had also gotten PGA Tour Golf (correct name?), Final Fantasy 6, A Link to the Past and Super Mario World afterward. I hadn't beaten any of them (And for future reference, I sucked at the golf game. xD) from then even until Event #2, but I still had a lot of frigging fun playing the SNES anyway. Speaking of Event #2...

#2) The day my sister wanted to lend the SNES and games to a friend.

The last time we saw it, we went over to her house to get it back, only to be told it was lost, until I found it. It was fucking ruined. Coke spilled all over it, cracked, dirty. It was a really sad day for me. Assholes. (Never again was a console lent out until I made sure that the person was going to bring it back in the condition it left the house in. Present-day, the consoles are in excellent condition, and are lent out sometimes, excluding the Wii and the Xbox 360.)

#3) The day I played Super Smash Brothers.

I had gone over to a friend's house to play some Mario Kart 64, but they were playing a game called Super Smash Brothers. One friend gave me a quick lesson on the controls and another handed me the fourth controller. When I went to choose my chracter, I freaked out and said "Ness is in this game?!" only to have everyone say "Who the heck is that?". Won five matches in a row with Ness that day.

#4) The day I played Doom.

My uncle had put the shareware version on my computer. My dad wasn't into shooting games that much, and my mom got a small case of motion sickness while trying it out. They were really surprised to see me flying through the game while kicking some imp ass. xD

#5) The day I played Twisted Metal.

We had gotten a PlayStation, and I wasn't really playing it that often (I got tired of playing Crash Bandicoot, it was the only damn game we had for 3 months.), until my parents had rented Twisted Metal. Me and my sisters played this non-stop until we either had to go to school, or return it.

A while later, I had gotten Twisted Metal 2 as a birthday present. ;D

#6) The day I beat EarthBound.

Fast forward to a few years later, we bought another SNES and I got another EarthBound cartridge. This took a while, but I finally had both of them back. This is when I played EarthBound non-stop, as I had lots of experience with video games by now. I had finally gotten to Giygas, and I was ready. Whooped Pokey's ass, only to have the Devil's Machine get turned off (I saw Giygas when we had the first SNES. My sister was playing, and when I saw him, I ran out of the room screaming. It scared the shit out of me.). Kept swinging at Giygas and firing Multi-bottle rockets him, and then I used Paula's praying to seal the deal. After 7 years of waiting, I finally. Beat. EarthBound. Probably the greatest moment in my video-gaming part of life.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
