"He's back... He's back!" repeated Ryan and Ken in their latest Podcast.
Other details included the revelation that there will be a new project that Ryan Payton has been working on, and intends to reveal at E3. Also, MGS4 will be treated to a full-fledged E3 site that, "we should all like," so I'm assuming that should be just grand. There's nowhere I can't reach.
Love it.

As it is, you begin with the argument, "part 2 started getting corny and more confusing than it really needed to be." That's really not true at all, in fact, MGS2's storyline is not complicated in the least bit if time is taken out to understand what is said in the codec conversation of GW's Colonel Cambell. That 30 minute or so conversation outlines the exact plan of the S3 program with quite a lot of detail. Secondly, your argument for MGS3 is put as, "MGS3 was just one big piece of garbage." Well, that's fantastic, but you give not a single bit of evidence toward the significance and causes of what makes the game a "pice of garbage." All you ever state is the fact that the enemy bosses have "retarded names". Okay, fantastic, ever heard of codenames? I can't give you any other explaination other than the fact that they're just other ways of saying 'echo' 'bravo' or the sort, christ, it may even be the victim of an iffy Japanese to English translation, but that's even doubtful. I really have no other way to completely prove your argument false now, so I'll just leave the discussion open then. This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
Love it.

Mobius, you pretty much hit my consensus on the head right there. I think the argument is pretty much over right now, and really see no feasible counter to that.
Regarding another idea, isn't postmodernism based on the idea of relativism? To which is the belief of everyone having their own opinion, and there is no good or bad? That would technically say that the norm and abnormal are just as good. But: Spoiler:
If MGS2 is indeed based on the decayed reality view of postmodernism, I really find that quite comical, as compared to Kojima's modernist view of, "People really should depend on their own senses, on their own abilities, to try to sense what is good and bad [disregarding populist views]" -OPM Interview. It's really interesting seeing Kojima's application of these ideas. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?

![]() Ohhh Tojin and Payton, you sneaky two! Not a joke! 90 seconds of audio goodness... mmmm. I was speaking idiomatically.

No man. This is definetly the Middle East. Especially the music used in both the trailers and the Passport, undeniable.
What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

Okay I'll say this. I like Raiden. Raiden was an awesome character that was only hindered by the inclusion of Rose, but that's what is a part of Metal Gear Solid 2! That frustration, is supposed to be there, because that's what Raiden is feeling. Personally, I thought it to be ingenious to have Raiden the main character of MGS2, but maybe that's just me. It truely showed my appreciation for Snake, and you got to see a completely different side of things.
In any case, I like the new logo for Metal Gear. It seems to change with each generation. The MSX version had its own font, then the PS1, and the PS2, now the PS3 has its own font. Most amazing jew boots

Well, it may be the complete ass-ramming of the Konami servers the hundreds of thousands of people are inflicting...
Double Post:
Zoom out of destroyed spaceships. Master Chief walks out of volumetric fog, Pan to 5-8 Ghosts (flying things) flying toward a giant mechanical city Something opens up. HALO fans shit their pants... This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.
Love it.

Well, I played Halo for PC, and though it was great, it doesn't top HL2, Far Cry, or FEAR....

Wonder if they already know what to do with the camera... SO interesting! Double Post: Oh, I never thought that when Kojima said that he was still to improve the graphics from TGS that he was serious, but it looks like he did. Take note by checking out TGS '05 Snake's mustache, and his new one. What a difference. I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?

Interesting. In the latest KPReport, Ryan and Ken make note of the new facial expressions that they are able to make with the PS3 now. It's mostly noticable when snake comes aboard the Heli to meet Colonel, or when Otacon is crying over the fate of what is to happen. Not to mention the huge expression of Naomi... Not sure how you missed Meryl's smirk either...

The times dictate who are enemies are on the battlefield. One may be friend, and then may turn to be enemy.
Loved those scenes, seemed really cinematic, and thought-provoking. What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now?

Nope. I have no Idea what you're talking about. I still maintain my opinion that Metal Gear Solid 3 is the best in the series...
