I like BCDC++ for DC++ things. I will occasionally use DC++, because the good hubs aren't littered with complete crap. Of course, that being said, most good hubs have insane share requirements, defeating most good that could come out of them for me. (That is, I don't have 80GB of stuff readily available to share.)
I don't really like Kazaa/Limewire, and Shareaza is unbelievably slow for me :\

Jam it back in, in the dark.

I meant the application itself; I know that any download is bound to take time.

It's worth adding that, with mIRC, you'll need to know IRC servers and, therein, appropriate channels in which things can be found.

There's nowhere I can't reach.

I thought it was a RAM hog too, but it seems to work fine on Server 2003 without the massive slowdown I encountered when using it on XP Pro. Of course, there are evident reasons for that being true.
Azureus, despite memory useage, remains the most full-featured client.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Well, you'll have to pay for good newsgroup access. For example, my ISP provides newsgroup access, but it's often incomplete or slow.

I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body?
