Considering what happened with the likes of Dan Brown's Davinci Code, this likely comes from a not altogether unique propensity to presume their beliefs are somehow uniquely untouchable. There are "worse" games they could be protesting, but there's no doubt these people are acting on heresay: "did you hear about this game where you can leave hell? TO THE CONFERENCE"

Mystery game one is Tatsunoko v. Capcom, and mystery game two is Resident Evil PSP, essentially announced from Capcom's blog and twitter feed, respectively.
