[Request] Best Guide to Ripping CDs with EAC?

I remember there being some official guide out there, written by a VGM fan I believe, that detailed the best way to set up Exact Audio Copy for ripping CDs with the LAME encoder. I think it might have been here in the Gaming Force Forums, but I can't seem to find it now. If I recall correctly, it started out as something like "The Best Way to Rip CDs" then changed to "The Official Guide to Ripping CDs" or something. It might have even moved forums and changed authors. The last author I remember who had posted it, had some kind of ghost-like avatar that was animated and licking the screen. But that has been at least two years ago now. Does anyone have any idea what I'm talking about? I'm sure it was out there in a VGM or game related forum. It's the only one I trust so I'm desperate to find it so I can convert some of my newer albums on my new computer. Thanks in advance for any help.
