1. Well, My favourite PC game of all time HAS to be Max Payne 2: Fall of Max Payne, Not only were the graphics great, The story was great the music was great I loved it even though it was short. But I didn't care I still play through that game when ever I get bored and the modding for it is amazing.
2. I also agree with everyone else on UT 2004, I 'used' to be REALLY big on that game it was probably the first PC game I had gotten with my new computer back in '04 and I couldn't stop playing it, Although now I don't play it as much but when I did I could play for nights and nights I just loved the whole game, This is definatly one of the best PC games out there. 3. The Day of the Tentacle was an amazing game I used to play, I loved those old point and click adventures and this was an amazing game. I loved the funny jokes the game had I liked the comic book style it presented and I loved the logic you needed to use in order to solve the puzzles. 4. The Kings quest titles (Mainly 5, 6 and 7) Were in my opinion some of the best games that I have ever played. I loved the graphics the story lines and the great puzzles you needed to solve I never liked 8 though... 5. Another game I really like on the PC has to be Call of Duty 2, The graphics are amazing and the gameplay is fun as hell I wouldn't consider this the 'best' though but I do consider it a great game. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
Mine is, Max Payne 2. It is by far the most story intensive title out of any action title i've played on the PC and it has some of the best graphics (For the time it was out) I had ever witnessed on a PC game, The game still holds up well today graphically and game play wise. I really think that Max Payne 2 is probably one of the best reasons to ever play Third Person shooters in general seeing as it has such an amazing story line topped with some of the best bullet time you'll ever experiance in a video game.
My second favourite would have to be (In General, Excluding the first title) the Hitman series. Those games always had an amazing story line and always gave you that feel like you could go back and do anything. I loved that feel and the missions were just so un believably fun in all of these titles, And the story line is just amazing. There's nowhere I can't reach. |
