Interesting. Here is the possible ways you could not become boyfriend material:
-You are ugly. -You think she is ugly. -You're 100% asshole. -You are socially inept. That's about it. Kind of broad, but they encompass most of the circumstances. Either you're a loser or you're ugly, though I don't know anybody who has never had at least one person out there.  How ya doing, buddy?
It turns out that today is opposite day, so all of what you have said is true, so you should probably just go.
