Normally it's a matter of opinion, but I've found this method to work best. Let it play, then loop, then on the second loop play it for about 5 seconds then fade out for the next 10 seconds.

Again, it's a matter of opinion.

This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it.

Epsilon, I'm guessing your request is for the GBA since that's what the gsf format usually goes in.

Hoppy, I'm not sure about Nightmare Troubledour but I do remember that World Championship 2004 was already ripped...I think by cubed. I remember because I downloaded it assuming that it was the music for the original GBA games. Afterwards, I deleted it. :P

Alright, hopefully I've gotten everything up to date starting with Kuttlas' post and ending with cubed's request.

I was speaking idiomatically.

Well I was impressed with the music from Second Opinion, so hopefully this one will be just as good. I'll get New Blood in a couple of weeks.

sonic, you forgot to put Melty Blood for PS2 in the completed list buddy.
Not only did I not move it to the completed list, but it was never in the requested section to begin with. That's probably why I missed it. NOW I'm caught up. XD

You're new, so let me explain some things.

1. You've come to the right place in requesting a game that needs to be ripped. However, the game may already be ripped. I don't know about this myself but maybe someone else does. Anyway, you missed some in giant text on the first post of this thread that's required when you post a game you want to be ripped. Read it carefully. Actually, I just saw that the game was already on the list in two different categories. Be specific on which version you want to be ripped or both. Also, be aware that it may take a long time before anyone wants to take up the game requested to be ripped.

2. The VGM upload thread is a thread of requesting music to upload. I do not believe it is a place to request music to be ripped. Actually, I might be overstepping the boundaries on this one so I'll let the thread creator deal with it.

Thank you, and enjoy your stay.

Jam it back in, in the dark.

Alright everything has been added to the list, so it should be updated...I hope. ^_^'

You guys have any complaints about the current format?

Could someone confirm this for me? I've been doing a little sleuthing around. KCJ506 requested Battletoads and Double Dragon (NES) a while back. In another thread he requested the same thing in Rimo's rips and Rimo said that dubble did a rip of every Battletoads game included said name.

Well, I have dubble's collection (a freaking awesome collection, I might add...thank you dubble) but I only see the SNES version in there with no NES version to be found. Can anyone tell me if the NES version was done? I was just wondering if I should take it off the requested list.

If not, I found a similar game name with an nsf rip here. The difference is that the game is called Battle Toads vs Double Dragon.

RainMan, if you have winamp go get the codec to play usf files and see if hcs' Hybrid Heaven set has all the tracks you're looking for.

Index of /usf/sets/prelim/Hybrid Heaven - hcs

If so, I'll gladly convert them for you. I've never played the game, so I can't tell if those are all the tracks or not.

How ya doing, buddy?

Requesting a rip of Dragon Warrior IV/Dragon Quest IV for the NES/Famicom. Not the music for the PS1 or DS remakes!
This might be what you're looking for: Dragon Quest 4 - Nintendo NSF Music - Zophar's Domain

While I'm at it, does anyone see any of the red items on the list that have been done that I'm not aware of?

How about ripping Mario Kart Arcade GP 2? That's got a cool soundtrack.
I'm going to take a wild guess and say that's for the arcade, right?

Has anyone ripped Bourne Conspiracy? I remember that having some decent stuff and a fairly good song on it.
What system(s) is it on?

The FTP I was told that it was on is no longer available. You might try searching the My Stuff section or maybe make a thread in Audio Requests. All I know is it was ripped by PCE.

The Bourne Conspiracy (and some other games that weren't on the list) has been ripped by a new group known as VGM Legacy. Find the thread here.

Need for Speed Most Wanted has been ripped by VGM Legacy, though it's not the Black Version someone requested. It's still a big rip, though.

Also ripped by the same group is Spider-Man 3 for the XBox 360.

Find it here.

Well after doing a little searching, it seems SenorKaffee did a rip of Fatal Frame 2 Unreleased tracks.

Not sure what all it contains, but this might be what you're looking for.

Hey everyone. I'm new to the site. Was referred here by another member to join. Ummm I'm still a beginner at ripping games, but I have seen a request for Blood Will Tell/Dororo. I ripped that game months back if anyone wants it. If you do, could you please direct me to where I should post it?
I think your best bet would be to post it in the My Stuff section of the forums. That's where a majority of new rips go to be posted or you could link your rip here if you wish. As to where you upload it, that's up to you. Make sure it's a safe site.

Also, welcome to GFF!

What system(s)?
