In the summer I sometimes wear the sandals with the one big strap over the foot, but I could never wear the ones with the single toe strap. What the hell? So many people (especially girls) wear them at my school in the late spring to summer, but I could never stand it. The strap just wore away at the gap between my toes, resulting in irritating rashes and painful blisters. I prefer comfort, so I usually wear regular skate shoes or runners.
