I notice that my sleeping pattern changes when I am stressed out (e.g. like a presentation in class the next morning or an exam) something that I always keep in mind that will never let me go to sleep.
I usually go to bed around 11ish, but lately it's 12a.m. and I'm still up, so I force myself to go to sleep and wake up around 5:30am lol, since it's summer and school hasn't started. But, eventually I have to change the pattern to get enough sleep. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
