Americans talking in litres? hohoho
I think I´m around 2 litres a day, when i used to work out i was easily around 4-5. A litre or two went down duringt the workout itself (it was intense bro) and the rest was during food and just recovering during the day. Only time I get up to that amount these days is when I´m hungover. no homo
