I think it's Sekito, who arranged the Origins version of FF2. He's also known for Brave Fencer Musashi and his arrangements of the battle themes for the Romancing SaGa remake.
Oh...and I think it's gonna be a re-arrangement also, not a rescoring. Jam it back in, in the dark.
