I haven't had any issues with cancelling accounts yet. I'm pretty satisfied with all the companies I'm associated with at the moment. However, I know that when the time comes to make any changes, it won't be the least bit entertaining. I used to work customer service for DirecTV over the phone and am fully aware of all the tricks representatives try to keep customers as part of the company. Luckily I haven't been doing that for over 2 years now
