What would your parents do...

1. Disown me, not before beating the shit out of me. alcohol and cigarettes underage included. My family is very, very touchy here. Not really because of past incidents, but whatever. I can manage.

2. Wouldn't talk to me for a week, and then they'd get over it. He'd still have to be appealing to both parents though, so he needs to have a good status/education/personality in order for my parents to accept him.

3. They would laugh and think I was kidding, or get pissed off. It's not really acceptable to them on any levels, mainly a culture thing. To be honest, even if I think hard enough I have no clue as to what they would say or do if I brought home a girlfriend. I think my mom would be a little more accepting though.

4. I'd get hell for it. I come from one of those families thats anal about security, so no chasing around wild dreams outside school unless there's a guarantee I can make shitloads of money doing it.

5. Probably nothing. My parents would be a little suprised since they are religious themselves, but they're not fanatical about it suprisingly.

6. This is a toughie. I really have no clue. I think my siblings, parents and extended family would try to find alternate ways to get me out of the situation, but eventually i'd probably have to do the "right thing" and turn myself in.
