<3 points> Nobunaga's Ambition - Haouden - Blue Whitecaps
I wanted to nominate something from KOEI for the sake of the variety, and certainly to exhibit a skillful composition of Ms. Kanno. I love this piece by its incredible and varied instrumentation, as well I love the atmosphere that evokes. It's the definition of easy listening done masterly. <2 points> Toshinden Retake & Remix - Duke's Theme I'm not too fond of this one, and however I give two points. This is due to that the rest of nominations are mediocre. In fact, the final sax solo is the only one worthy of attention (and the guitar solo too). <1 point> Spanky's Quest (SNES Game Rip) - Ruins It sounds like the perfect music for a platform game. The main inconvenient is its repetitive structure but I can stand that because the tune is dangerously catchy. Jam it back in, in the dark. |
