Solid bunch of winners

www.frankklepacki.cøm - Zanthia's Funky Swamp <<1 point>>
This is, frankly, a great track that combines the funkiness of Frank Klepacki's style the strength of his atmospheric music. It's top performed and with stellar sax solos too. Very enjoyable and profesional.

deathsmiles original sound track <Manabu Namiki, Noriyuki Kamikura> - Burning Halloween Town - Stage A-1, Staff
Probably the battle winner, but not one of my favorites. It is excellently developed, but the loop is hardly 1:15, and while there is enough substance, I feel like something is lacking. The guitar phrases are, by far, the best of this one.

Yuzo Koshiro BEST COLLECTION vol.1 - Misty Blue
I do like early Koshiro, specially his Ys and Sorcerian Scores. This one is not that different from the mentioned ones, perhaps Misty Blue is a bit more developed. Although it is highly addictive I find it little refined, sometimes too obvious.

Seal Online (Game Rip) - Across The Misty Forest
Good stuff here, it invokes a pleasant atmosphere which is not easy. There are some questionable synth instruments, but nothing offensive. It's quite good but not memorable enough.

Sekaiju no MeiQ Super Arrange Version - Battle - Destruction Begets Decay
An old known of mine, it's hard to forget that's for sure. The most interesting stuff here is not the main melodic line, which repeats too much in my opinion. The best here are the interludes and the intro, totally awesome.

Guwange / ESP Ra.De. Original Soundtrack - [Underworld Cherry Blossoms] - Stage 3 <<2 points>>
You gotta love the development of this piece, it begins with evil child laughter and disturbing effects and after develops into a beautiful asian inspired landscape. Surprising and intriguing.

FROM DUSK TILL DAWN - 500 miles far from embarrassing <<3 points>>
Finally, a nomination of mine got a gold (after of more than 60 weeks). I am proud of that my nomination won in such a strong week, even so I've nominated much better songs with worst results. The real merit of this one resides in his splendid use of a simple melody for creating such a optimistic sound. It just makes me feel good, enough said.

Apidya Soundtrack - Sewer's Blast
Chris Hülsbeck just has the touch, he can make whatever tune interesting. This is not his best work, not remotely, but even so, it's extremely solid. I love the intelligent progression of his music.

Jam it back in, in the dark.
