Compressing Files? Winrar maybe?

Heya,

I wanna compress a file by 33MB (from 733MB) so I can fit it onto a CD... I tried "adding to archive" and for compression I choose "best" but it only reduces it by 15MB....

I remember downloading things that were 750MB and when extracted it would be well over 1GB... so what methods are best to compress this one file I have?

Jam it back in, in the dark.

With the new program it compressed it to 713MB still 13 MB over

BTW what I'm trying to compress is pretty much a .exe file... hmmm if I zipped/winrar it then compress it would it be compressible :P

BTW the thing I was talking about that almost compressed double the size was an .iso file but it wasn't me who compressed that so I wouldn't know what that person used

BTW what did you mean by del? So I type in del\C:\Documents and Settings\HP_Administrator\Desktop\BLeh\PT ?
