Printing: Maximizing PPT/PDF
hmmm, at school when we print we can normally do "Outline" then choose the amounts of slides we want for printing and it'll maximize/blow up the slides to fit the page
At home this doesn't work that way and the slides come out the regular smaller size.... anyone know how to modify or add this feature? Most amazing jew boots ^By Auro from the FFXII board... Thanks ^^ |
Okay with PPT (haven't tried PDF yet) I clicked on "Slides" but it won't let me print more than 1 per page... I wanna print 6 slides per page... is that possible?
img]http://img462.imageshack.us/img462/4284/untitledeq5.jpg[/img] I tried choosing under Print Range 1-6 slides it didn't work It prints 1 slide a page for some reason...There's nowhere I can't reach. ^By Auro from the FFXII board... Thanks ^^ |
But wouldn't make them just regular size? Is there anyway to blow them up like we do at school?
This thing is sticky, and I don't like it. I don't appreciate it. ^By Auro from the FFXII board... Thanks ^^ |
I want 6 slides per page but blown up. From the picture above you see 6 slides per page - but there's a lot of space around the slides. At school when I go to "outline" and all it blows up the slides so that there's little space between/around them
I am a dolphin, do you want me on your body? ^By Auro from the FFXII board... Thanks ^^ |
Okay the problem with your file is that it's already got 6 slides per page. I'm referring to when there's like 1 slide per page or something along those lines and I want it so that there are 6 slides per page. When I do that I can't select "Page Scaling- Fit to Printer's Margins" because I need to choose "Multiple Pages Per Sheet"
For example for PDF I went to this site: http://wiz2.pharm.wayne.edu/psc3210.html And clicked on "Course Intro" which is in PDF (there's a lot of PPT - we get more lectures that way) If you look at the other picture, the slides aren't blown bigger and I used a "border" on purpose to show this ![]() ^BTW it says "PrimoPDF" I did try with my own printer same problem- just to lazy to recreate Screenshot And now for the PPT Example I took Antibody Structure and Function For PPT when I go to "Print" under "Print What" if I choose Outline View, Slides or Notes page I can't select "Slides Per Page" So I'm forced to click on "Handouts" In the next example I did "Handouts", "6 slide Per Page", "Scale to Fit Paper", "Frame Slides" (so you can see how they are showing relative to paper size) - as you can see the slides are far from blown to "fit the page" ![]() How ya doing, buddy? ^By Auro from the FFXII board... Thanks ^^ |
Okay I see now what you're saying... now I guess my printer may be the problem... I don't see anything that allows me to customize slides or pages per print...
screeny: ![]() What kind of toxic man-thing is happening now? ^By Auro from the FFXII board... Thanks ^^ |
